Some anticipated downtime

At some point in the next 24 hours, I will need to shut the forums down to perform an upgrade to the forum software. It won't take but about 12 - 14 minutes, so if you happen to arrive and see the site is unavailable, check back 15 minutes later and we should be back.

The release is a third-point release, so there are no major changes to the front end, but there are several maintenance and stability issues addresses in the upgrade.
