I have ran solid motor mounts and a rubber trans mount on every fast street car I have had.

On one of my old hot rods, I ran a solid on the lift side and a rubber on the push side. The lift side would break the rubber in short order.

I have solid mounts on my T and they work great.

I have them too. They have lots of miles and they seem to work fine. Also have a rubber trans mount.

Cables or chains or even turnbuckles will keep em where they belong too.

Started building the fuel tank out of a 11 gal air tank. I got the sending unit and sump roughed in.
