    my new project

    The only issues I see are that we are limited in tire size and in Denver we are a full mile above sea level. From our track to a track in Wyoming that is much lower in elevation we lose a full 3/4 of a second.

    Front panhard bar Yes or No

    ummm, Ford did on the 46 and up models. I just slid a 46 front end under my model A chassis complete with the stock panhard bar. Does anyone have some pix of a panhard bar with a large dropped suicide front end?

    Front suspension travel?

    I put a zip tie on each shock shaft and drove around. Measured the distance from the shock body to the zip tie and got just over 2" my front shocks are pretty verticle so I figured it was a pretty good measurment for one way travel.     whatever you can get to fit. My bucket is the first auto in a hotrod I have had in a long time. But after my drag racing career I am more then happy with an th350. TCI hardened innards, manual valve body and a 3800 stall converter. It shifts faster then I could work a clutch.

    This is why I live in Colorado

    Colorado rocks. 6" of snow in the morning , 68 degrees in the afternoon. The weather is like Sybil here. I shoveld my driveway last week becasue I knew he next day would be awsome and I would need to get my T out. She doesnt like to go up the driveway when theres snow....damn slicks on the back.
