I paid just over $4 yesterday here in Lafayette. That was for premium but that is what I run.

I bought gas today here in mid California. 6 gallons for a little bit over $27. I have nothing that gets good gas mileage and will be driving the hot rod on limited trips only. This is really hurting our country and for sure will hurt the hot rod industry. Although, hot rodders will most likely be giving up something else before they give up their hot rods. But, I won't be able to drive very much anymore. My wife and I coordinate our trips.

This is the main reason I bought my 150 Scooter, 70 plus MPG, I hated to pay an extra $5 for a cup of coffee, now I ride all over town and only fill now and then, 1 and .8 gals to fill full from totally empty... Sure helps when you are on a fixed income... I have to fix it now and then with side work... hehe
