Gonna order a steering box from Ron tomorrow. I'M BACK!
 
Ordered my steering box set up from Ron this morning. Feels good to be back at it. Called my engine guy and seems he had some family issues to work through. So, I told him to take his time with it. If it was anyone else, I'd be bummed. But he's a good friend and does great work. His stuff is worth the wait.
 
Back in the saddle... again! Ron's steering box and pitman arm showed up, so I did a test fit. Perfect!

Which one Fred? I happen to have a new 28" (I think? would need to measure it) polished SS hot rod column I used for mock up but went a different route on final assembly. Let me know if your interested.

Car is looking good! And glad your back at it. I like the Clay Smith Thrush sticker too! :thumbsup:
