pics from my build

Well, I hate that this project went dark a year ago, but I'm glad a couple of y'all bumped it to the top. Otherwise I never would have seen it.

I'm real close to jumping into a bucket project that would be an SBC. But....I keep seeing hotrod Jeep 6 YouTube vids, like stroking to 4.6 liters and such. And I have a low mile Jeep 6 on the garage floor...….

LM don"t know if I mentioned before but I live at the other end of alligator alley, in Estero. Unless you are in Georgia now. An Idea for a windscreen, use two bubble shields, kind of like that 34 indy car that Spanky posted only two.

Here is the latest image(yesterday) of my '40's dirt track roadster inspired T-bucket. Has been a while since I posted. Have since moved to from Florida back to Georgia. Retired back in November just before all this Covid crap started. Have come a long ways. All the electrical is in now. Steering is hooked up. On all 4 wheels. The engine is 300 Ford Straight six, 3- speed manual top loader, 9-inch Ford rear end with limited slip, 3.898 gears. Front headlights are generic dietz type, rear tailights are from a 53 Ford.117014557_426200311670624_7565721197121498218_o.jpg

Great to see you posting again! Lots of progress. Is the above just a typo, or do you really have 4-wheel steering?
I noticed another typo also but it when I tried to fix it, it said I exceeded the 10 minute limit to edit.. When I left before, It wasn't on all 4 wheels yet, and now it is . That was my intention but I see how that can be taken different. I was on several forums then and it started taking a lot of time, so I stopped all internet stuff, other than porn of course. Things have settled down now, made a lot of progress on the car. My goal is to start it up before the end of this month.

A couple of front views.. so far...

Making good progress! Will you roll the body under to hide the gas tank, or will the 'bumper' cover that?

There will be a small bumper. It will not hide the gas tank. The bumper is a home made one out of channel steel that was on my fathers 55 T-bird dirt track car back in the sixties... The tank is a fuel cell.

Who makes that engine hoist?

It looks like a beast.
