The Speedway chart is wrong! 3 3/16 is not correct it is 3 13/16 just as you measured. Now what is the diameter of your king pin?

Thanks Ron. Can I just pop the cap off the top and measure it or does it need to come right out?

No, once you remove the cap you can measure the bore diameter. There may be a circlip at the top and bottom to keep the kingpin in place, but you can still get a measurement above it, or you can remove the circlip and then measure.

And yes, that Speedway chart is wrong, they fogot a 1 in front of the 3.

Ok I measured it and it is 0.742.

A Total Performance spindles for sure. That is the size of an Econoline king pin.
