Spindles adapters

Had machine shop press bearing adapters on my spindles. Ford spindle to Chevy rotors. Doesn't look right to me. Is this right?

Say Houch, I know this may seem to be "apples & Oranges" but looking at the Chevy spindles on Speedway's pages the mounting surfaces look similar to what you have on your modified Ford spindles. What do you think?

My original concern was that the adapters weren't pressed on all the way, but after watching this vvideo I think I'm good. Watch this video. 13:25 he shows this step.

Yep that is correct, even if you use a Ford rotor they have to have that adapter on there... Hint next time heat the adapter good and hot and drop it on the spindle.

Yep, I put my adapters in my grill. The grill got to about 800 degrees. Opened the lid, boy it was hot. I got my pliers on them one by one and they just fell in place without hammering. I tried a hand held Bernzomatic with map gas. Couldn't get it hot enough.
