Transmission woes

We get it all the time. Been on the internet and its a solenoid problem, how much to fix it. I can count the number of times its been a solenoid problem this year, on both my hands.
They all want it to be a $250 fix and get upset when you tell them the Ford Powershift they have will be $2K plus to get going again.
Of course there's always the ones that insist a fluid change will fix it. I tell them they are wasting their money and it will be the same within a week or two. They even get upset that we did the fluid change, at their insistence, and the problem has returned.
People these days are entitle, arrogant and generally rude. Gets to a point where I cant take any more and tell the to "LEAVE"
We did do a R 54 Hydro out of a Oldsmobile nintyeight a couple of weeks ago... that made a change.
