In the pictures where you're glassing the trans tunnel to the floor, is that a home made press break up againest the wall?

Ron

Hi, nolimits, I see you have a full shop and an interesting selection of cars. Could tell us about the Willys?

John

All I can say is that your name, "nolimits", is rightly chosen! Is there ANYTHING that you can't do? You seem to have a handle on everything.

Jim

LOL..Thanks... I just feel if another man can do it,why not me too... I always say..''Set no limits on yourself''..

You do awesome work. One thing I would suggest on the bucket is change the rear to coilovers. I had the same setup coilovers smoothed the ride extremely even after trying lighter springs.JMO

That has already been done... I was going to post them pictures next...:thumb:

Your roller, do you just back off on the top tube to remove your piece? What did you use for bearings in the tubes? What size are the tubes?

Your break press, are you using angle iron for the dies? Is the top die interchangable? Are you using an air nozzle for a valve?

Awesome work. Looks like I found a couple more projects for this summer.

Ron

Yes you just back off on the top roller...I would have to get all the info off it... I built it with stuff laying around my shop...I machined a lot of the peices in my lathe..On the break, the bottom is angle iron, And I add flat bar if I want a nice bend... It is 20 tons.. This again I used what I had... I wish I would have built it longer.. It will bend up to about 33'', I have bent 5/16 steel with it already.... The top is not changeable... That would have been nice also,The air you see is air over Hyd.... You can pump it, Are just use the air... The air is faster...
