My New T-Bucket Build

Little updates............Fedex lost my package for the master cylinder fittings. Go figure but i got most of it done.......................

Also a engine all cleaned up and ready to install pic. And the wheel pic are the skinny fronts that were black when i got them from my dad a few weeks ago ! They look much better back to polished.

it is a 10.5 to 1 355sbc with forged internals. its been built for about 10 years. But it has less than 1,000 miles on it !!! The mileage is getting ready to go up alot. It had a miss but the tunnel ram had an issue and the gear drive came through the timing cover so I am anxious to start it and see if the miss is gone. Should have it started within the month.

Ummm yeah the headers will barely clear ! I had some old junk headers that i whacked off so i could start it. But they hit the frame so i flipped them over ! Got it to make a poof out the zoomies and i lost the battery ! I really wanted to make the ol neighbors happy too. haha

1 pic is the brake lines all done under the body the other the engine. (carb is a loaner and no the headers wont stay)

Try again Thursday was a success after finding a huge hole in the back of the carburetor. Lit right off. But i see why this carb is a "loaner" cause its junk gotta mess with the throttle and it wont idle at all. I think its way too small and jetted way down.

Well after some serious thought. I really hated that huge HEI, So its gone now. And also here is the video if you missed it. Its crude but I got my engine to start so i could make sure the engine was ok after noticing the gear drive came through the timing cover. Did not wanna have to redo things and pull the engine back out with everything on it...............................

Note: I dont think you can see it on anything other than a regular desktop,

Disregard reply #93 please ! BUT it will be sold if i don't find a vin number. I checked with the DMV and they want $1000 up front before they even start the process.

Sounds to me like the "Okies" want to rip you off.

Joe, please keep us updated on the titling process, as a fellow Okie I want to know what I'm in for and what I need to do throughout the build to make this painful process easier.
