yea you should be able to just slightly notch that part of the frame rail. Unless your gonna have a lot of travel back there it should do it. Mine doesn't have much movement at all,,was just enough to cause some tension on it.

Got some time today to grind and mold a little more on the rear, and drill out the axle. Very pleased with the results.

that looks great too. Dropping this one and the bones off to the powder coater tomorrow. Going gloss black, and ill paint the center and side sections the blue body color.

Hahaha,,yes 13 is a common number around my house. My daughter was born on Friday the 13th as well. So fitting I guess

Me and the old man worked all weekend on the frame and rear end. A lot of welding, grinding, and sanding and we almost have it ready for primer. Picking up front suspension parts tomorrow from the powder coater.

Got the frame primed this weekend,,finished up some welding on the rear end. Hope to prime it in the coming days. Going to pick up the paint tomorrow

Did a little backyard boogie and painted the frame today. Turned out even better than I had hoped. Haven’t sprayed anything larger than a sneaker in the last 20 years lol. (Yes that’s what I do for a living. Weird I know) Hope To spray the rearend and a few body color parts this week..I’m itching to see some color somewhere..even if it’s just my grill shell and headlights.
